Congratulations to Emily Mackil, Associate Professor of Greek History and Member of the Advisory Committee of the Aleshire Center, who has been awarded the 2015 Charles J. Goodwin Award of Merit from the Society for Classical Studies, for her 2013 book, Creating a Common Polity: Religion, Economy, and Politics in the Making of the Greek Koinon (UC Press).
